Evidence Atlas data dictionary

Version 0.2.0. Field definitions, provenance rules and spatial-confidence labels for the downloadable evidence index.

JSON contains release metadata, sources, a records array and statistics. CSV has one row per record; empty cells represent nulls and period terms use a semicolon followed by a space. No latitude/longitude fields are generated.

Import and reuse

Import CSV as UTF-8 with comma delimiters and double-quote text qualifiers. Keep source identifiers as text. JSON consumers should read the records array and retain nulls. Split CSV periods on “; ” only when a list is needed. Use source_url or DOI to verify original authors and rights before citation or reuse.
