Project review

Privacy and document handling

A plain-English explanation of what happens when you send a site, planning condition or technical document for review.

What we receive

Information supplied for an enquiry

The project-review form collects the contact, site, planning and programme information needed to understand whether a project is suitable for archaeological review. You may also choose to attach planning documents, site plans, briefs, reports or tender material.

How it is used

We use submitted information to review the requirement, respond to the enquiry and understand the likely programme implications. It is not published through this website.

Who can access it

Project-review submissions and attachments are stored privately for the internal review team. They are not made available as a public document library or client showcase.

Send only what is needed

Please avoid including information that is not relevant to the archaeological review. If a document contains commercially sensitive material, send only the relevant extract where that is practical and identify any handling constraints in the accompanying notes.

Questions about a submission

Use the project-review route and identify the site or planning reference so the review team can locate the correct submission. This page explains the website workflow and is not a substitute for a formal legal or contractual data-processing agreement.
