The public Dernford Farm record is a third-party assessment/survey reference, not evidence that all corridor parcels share its findings.
Overlay survey extents with junctions, access, compounds and service diversions. Identify where the scheme has changed since investigation and where coverage was limited before relying on a report for procurement.

The landscape
Chalk downland cut by the Cam and Granta valleys. Chalk geology produces high-contrast cropmarks and responds well to geophysical survey, and the valleys carry long sequences of settlement and land division.
